R.T.'s Blank Plates are images only. I am not a collector, nor do I own, sell, or manufacture blank license plates or any other type of license plate.

I can no longer provide personal signature plates as well. If you want your own signature plate, please go to Acme License Maker. This guy uses images from this site.
